A Funky Guide For Men How To Become “The One”

I was working on my blog in an overcrowded coffee shop and in the background of a lunch-time noise I heard this amazing instrumental funky music playing quietly. Thanks god some super-brain invented shazam. I came home and listened to this shazamed song like a hundred times, without really listening to the lyrics, because I liked the groovy, positive disco-funk. It made me dance and smile. But on the 101-st time I started to focus on the lyrics. And the lyrics made me dance and smile even more and inspired all of what is following.

This song sums up pretty well what a woman actually needs. After having read lots of informative articles (written by men) about what men are looking for in women, I would like to respond to all the amazing masculine poets around the globe by sharing one song with them. To begin with, I’d love to point out, that here I’m not talking about the first date with a woman, but about an awesome girlfriend, caring wife or the amazing new flame. All of it certainly should be done with a woman, with whom a man really wants to create intimacy. And there’s nothing better than intimacy between two people, who care for each other and admire each other. Limitless intimacy of masculine and feminine energy melting into each other.

I will just quote this amazing good-mood song and explain step by step how I felt through this song.

“Take me, I’m yours” – if a man tells to his woman, that she belongs to him, she will melt. For us women to hear and especially to feel it, means that we’re in safe, strong arms of our man. Maybe it’s even necessary for us to hear it at some point. Every woman will have goosebumps when hearing from her man this short and simple sentence: “You’re mine”.

“Touch my mind and my body” – first mind, then body. Not otherwise. If a man touches a woman’s mind, if he impresses her, by being him, by being thoughtful, by telling her stories from “soul to soul”, by being authentic, by listening, by communicating with her, by being imperfect, by being weird, by being clumsy, but by still being a touching gentleman, who stands well in his own energy – then he can for sure touch her body in several ways.

“Put your arms around me … and c’mon do what you wanna do” – touching her body, getting physical, without being pushy are actions which women just love. When a man puts his arm around his woman on the street, puts his hand on her knee, sits in the restaurant on her side of the bench, reaches out for her hand, holds her hand just without a reason in public and in intimate togetherness – then I believe that she will let him do what he wanna do. Like everything…or at least a lot.

The next quote is the most important one for me. In every article of the genre “What a man wants in a woman” I read, that a man needs to be treated like a man. That we, women, must do it all to make a man feel masculine and strong. But if a man doesn’t feel about himself this way, it doesn’t matter how masculinely we treat him. A man who knows his worth, who has found that great man inside himself – he will treat a woman like a woman. He will want to. Because he knows what he will receive back.  By treating his woman the right way, he will only multiply his greatness and love. He will become “The One” more and more. No woman wants to play a false “Girlie”-role but every woman wants to live all of her divine femininity next to her man. 

“You bring out the woman in me” – in order to feel masculine and strong next to a woman, there’s nothing wrong with it to let a woman know that her femininity is blowing a man’s mind. A little compliment about her femininity will make a man automatically more masculine in her eyes. It’s awesome to let her know, that she fills the space with that warm, calm, but wild and inspiring energy. Just as much as every man needs to feel his masculine energy next to his woman, every woman wants to feel safe enough to live her femininity fully with her man. And she needs to feel safe enough to become vulnerable and sometimes even weak. She needs her man to support her to become an even better woman.

“You’ve got the power over me (all my mind belongs to you, all my body belongs to you)” – if a man supports his woman to become even better as she is, if he creates a space for himself and her for growth, she will allow him to have the power over her. She will give him that power over her mind and body with a big pleasure. She will trust him, that he will treat her permission with a huge responsibility and, well, a big and pure love. She allows it, because she trusts her man with her heart and soul.

“Love me” – the simplest way to a woman’s heart is love. Not love in words but love in actions, in touches, in glances, in experiences together, in the intention to make a woman happy. A happy, shining and “totally-in-love-woman” is a mirror of an mature, evolved, loving and caring man (and otherwise of course, but being a woman myself, it’s so nice to feel that masculine energy around and knowing that he is your personal hero).

If a man will follow those great words of this beautiful song, I believe, that he will always be “The One” for his woman. He will find the way to his woman’s heart and she will reward him with the most incredible experiences and feelings. A man who allows a woman to be a woman, will always be the one great man for her. He will always be the the man, who she decided to give her heart to. And against all the difficulties in the world –  they always will be dancing together to such positive beats of love.
